Dr. Steffen McCullough, D.C.
Dr. Steffen J. McCullough grew up experiencing what chiropractic has to offer at an early age, receiving routine chiropractic care, whether it was for an injury or a wellness check, and knew from an early age that chiropractic was useful for more than just back pain.
Being very involved in sports throughout school, he realized the recovery time for any injuries he had, seemed to be less than many of his peers. Dr. McCullough attributes this to his routine chiropractic care that allowed his body to respond quickly to any injury or illness. Based on his experiences growing up with chiropractic Dr. McCullough feels it is essential that everyone receive chiropractic care, and that early chiropractic care is vital for developing a healthy musculoskeletal and immune system.
Dr. McCullough believes chiropractic, along with proper nutrition and exercise, has the opportunity to help people suffering from a wide range of health issues, including pain relief and wellness care. Naturally, chiropractic helps traditional neck and back problems, but chiropractic has also produced wonderful results with a variety of systemic problems.

Cathy began her career as an elementary school teacher with a Master’s Degree in Education but has always had a true passion for health and wellness. This passion and love of helping others make healthier lifestyle changes led her to become a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Cathy also has an NASM Fitness/Nutrition Certificate and is currently working towards an IIN Gut Health Certificate. She loves supporting, encouraging and motivating her clients to be the best they can be by reaching their goals and creating change that will last a lifetime. Cathy is owner of Second Nature Wellness which offers group wellness programs as well as individual health coaching. In her free time, Cathy enjoys running, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband Chris and three daughters Sydney, Maddie and Sophie.

Valarie believes that wellness encompasses every element of your life. It’s making an active commitment to pursue your physical, mental and social well-being. Through this philosophy and her own personal health transformation, she became passionate about bringing this message to others and received her certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach.
She later founded Evolution Wellness and is dedicated to helping clients achieve and maintain optimal health with a personalized focus on whole foods, targeted nutrition supplementation, and mind-body practices. During coaching sessions, Valarie listens actively and guides clients to deepen the connection to their own healing wisdom. She is naturally curious with a strong love of learning and considers personal and professional development to be a hobby.
Outside the coaching arena, you can find her spending time with her two daughters, on nature walks or thinking up the next adventure with family and friends. Valarie is excited to explore what you are passionate about and how living the functional medicine lifestyle can help you to become the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself!

With a degree in International Relations, Lynn spent the first part of her career in the international business world acting as a sales liaison to Japan. She has lived abroad and found that the one thing that always kept her grounded was her love for running and taking care of her health.
Digestive issues and allergies for both she and one of her children lead her to take a much closer look at the food she was feeding herself and family. Once they adopted a much cleaner, whole food approach to eating their issues disappeared. The entire family benefited from the eating changes and they have never looked back. This experience took Lynn down the path of an IIN Health Coaching Certification and the start of her own business called Improve You. She focuses on working with individuals and families. In her free time Lynn loves the outdoors, skiing, hiking, yoga and traveling. She has been married to David for 24 years and has a daughter and two sons.

Jen Sturm is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant. She also has a business degree from Mount Mary College. Jen understands that a healthy lifestyle looks different for every person.
Jen works with individuals to identify that healthy lifestyle and assists them to achieve their health goals. Jen has worked with people of all ages and has seen amazing transformations over the 7 years she has been practicing. Her greatest accomplishment was the creation of the ‘9.4 Fit for Life’ Program, which helped many people lose inches and gain energy, all without being hungry! Jen has learned that feeling great in mind, body and spirit starts with acknowledging your body deserves good nutrients, self-care and support.
Jen has been married for 19 years and has 3 kids and 3 dogs and thinks she has a great sense of humor. When she is not with family, you will often find her on the tennis court, reading the bible or listening to anything from Khalid to the Zac Brown Band. Ask what her healthy lifestyle looks like and she will tell you a little bit tequila, a little bit sarcasm and a whole lot of love!
Plant Based Nutrition Coach
Jill has always had a true passion for helping people when it comes to their overrall health. For the past 14 years she has been on a health and wellness journey, which led her to get her Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell. While helping many people to overcome several health issues along the way through diet and exercise, she is currently studying for her Certification as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
She is excited to start coaching and motivating her clients to reach and exceed their personal goals, by taking the proper steps to make a lasting change while enjoying the process and transition to a healthy lifestyle. In her free time, Jill enjoys weight training, long walks, art, listening to live music, traveling, and spending time with her husband Mike, her son, Colin, and their family dog, Chloe.
