Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 2 t baking soda
  • ½ t  sea salt
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Blend eggs, bananas, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Add Apple Cider Vinegar.
  6. Pour into muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes.
